Supporting the CHAMPS programs, the full-time Research Assistant II will manage day-to-day activities of an integrated maternity care team initiative, assist with data collection and management, and coordinate training programs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of CHAMPS' integrated maternity care team initiative and coordinate project-related meetings Collect and manage data, develop training materials, and assist in preparing reports and presentations Participate in CHEER meetings and maintain departmental records and files as required Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in research or related program activities Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with subject recruitment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with public health, particularly in maternal child health and program evaluation
