Now hiring notary signing agents in Kissimmee, FL. Certified Mobile Notary Service is growing its nationwide network and needs reliable mobile and remote notaries to handle real estate loan closings in Kissimmee and nearby Osceola County. This is a U.S. only opportunity.
This role is ideal for commissioned notaries in Florida who want flexible, well paid work. You will handle real estate loan signings including refinances, purchase closings, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages for clients in Kissimmee and the surrounding communities. Each signing pays $75 - $200 depending on the package and location.
Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Kissimmee and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with Florida and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.

Payment $75 - $200 per loan signing appointment.
