Part-Time Inside Sales Professional

Stratford Marsh is a boutique business development firm helping companies, marketing agencies, and event organizers acquire new clients and grow sponsorship revenue. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, building qualified opportunities that support long-term growth.

We are hiring an  experienced inside sales professional who knows how to turn outbound calls into qualified meetings. You bring the track record, confidence, and discipline. We offer a focused part-time role and a compensation package that rewards performance.

The Opportunity

• 20 hours per week , combining on-site work in Del Mar with some remote flexibility.
• $28 per hour , plus an  uncapped monthly bonus after meeting quota .
• Direct collaboration with senior sales leadership.

What You’ll Do

Your primary focus is  outbound calling and qualified appointment setting : reach decision-makers, communicate our value, qualify interest, handle objections, and secure meetings. Consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records are essential.

Success is measured by the quality of the meetings you generate and your performance against agreed targets.

What You Must Bring

• A proven record in inside sales, outbound calling, and appointment setting.
• Demonstrated results, with specific examples of quotas achieved and meetings generated.
• Professional references who can verify your performance.
• Strong phone presence, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
