The Office Assistant supports the overall operation of the office, organizing, and coordinating office administration and procedures. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily customer interaction, onboarding, scheduling and routing of work, daily interaction with technicians, invoicing and billing, and assisting the Office Manager. The position requires an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and customer service-related tasks and able to work independently with little to no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. This position reports directly to the General Office Manager. Part-time and Full-time need.
