COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay : $20–$22 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT

Support the accurate review, organization, and documentation of property title and ownership information. This role focuses on processing client-provided data, preparing title summaries, and maintaining accurate records to support timely processing and informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review client-provided property data and prepare structured title opinions and ownership summaries
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy in internal databases and tracking systems
• Map, organize, and verify property ownership records for reporting and documentation
• Identify inconsistencies, maintain detailed records, and meet daily accuracy and productivity expectations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with high-volume data entry, document processing, or records management requiring strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including entering, reviewing, organizing, and manipulating data accurately
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and meet deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience reviewing land titles, property records, deeds, or legal documentation
