In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a designated territory comprising of Xerox and Kyocera MFP’s. Your primary duties will involve using a company provided laptop and vehicle to visit customers, conduct technical diagnostics, perform preventative maintenance and hand hardware repairs will aim of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications Hands‑On Copier Experience: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in servicing copiers is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Xerox equipment. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer operations is essential for this role as it may involve interfacing with digital systems and software. Valid Driver’s License. Effective and Clean Communication Skills. Problem Solving Ability: We are looking for individuals who can think creatively and find innovative solutions to technical challenges. The ability to “think outside the box” is highly desired.
