Conduct appraisals for acquisition and disposal involving complex properties, such as residential/commercial subdivisions, industrial tracts, utilities, quarries, marinas, airports, and multi-use developments.
Determine fair cash-market values for fee title, qualified fee, leasehold interests, and complex easements.
Conduct technical reviews of staff and contract appraisals regardless of amount, inspecting subject and comparable properties as needed and preparing written findings and recommendations.
Perform final technical reviews of appraisals to support real estate negotiations with property owners.
Inspect properties and develop valuation calculations using comparable sales and highest-and-best-use analyses (before and after partial takings).
